~Red Velvet Cookies with White Chocolate Chunks~

Red Velvet Cookies with White Chocolate Chips ...I am in ♥! This was my first time making these and let me tell you, they are so delicious and super quick and easy. There is now only 4 lonely cookies left out of 32.

Recipe for Red Velvet Cookies
1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Stick of Butter (softened)
1 Egg
1 1/2 to 2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
(Depending on your taste)

PreHeat oven to 350*
Add butter to your bowl and whip till light and fluffy. Slowly add your dry cake mix and flour until blended well. Then add your egg and mix again until well blended. Add your White chocolate and mix around a few times. Roll your dough into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.
( I sprayed mine with Pam and it worked great)
Place cookies into a 350* preheated oven and let cook for 8-10 minutes.
DONE!

I guess they were so good my son brought me a bag with $1.50 in change inside.
He told me he was buying 6 cookies from me for $0.25 each.
I reply " Son, you do not need 6 cookies."
He says " No Mom they are not for me. They are so good I know I can get $0.50 each at school. That's a $0.25 profit each!"
What could I say?

When I go into his room, he has them all tucked away in his backpack.
Ready to go for tomorrow!

This is definitely a new family favorite!
