One of my favorite parts of the holidays is to bake delicious treats for everyone. With a busy schedule it is hard to bake as much as I want, just can not manage to find enough hours in the day. I didn't want to miss out this year and regret it later on. So I decided to find things a little more easiear to put together during the week then made from scratch recipes. Found this one on the back of the Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie mix pack and turned out to be a huge hit and so easy.
All you need is:
1 Bag of Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
(Water,Vegetable Oil, Egg for cookie mix)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
36 Hershey's Kisses
Heat oven to 375*F, stir cookie mix together
Shape dough into 36 (1inch) balls
Put 2 Tablespoons Sugar on a small plate or bowl
(Recipe calls for 2 Tbsp - I used about 3 Tbsp )
Roll dough balls in sugar and then place on pan
Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden brown, remove from oven and immediately add Hershey Kiss to the top. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool around 20 minutes. I would suggest you try these after the 20 min cooling time. They are so good! Warm soft cookie with the milk chocolate lightly melted. YUM!
